🧠 CHALLENGE: Compass Rose Farms had been operating for over 20 years, but post-pandemic, the business was in decline. Their outdated websites, disorganized systems, and confusing navigation were costing them both customers and clarity.

✍️ SOLUTION: I worked closely with the farm’s owner over several months to completely restructure services and operations. Together, we grouped offerings in a logical, customer-friendly way and designed an entirely new navigation system to accommodate extensive content. With a refreshed digital presence and organized backend systems, we began to restore the farm’s visibility and efficiency.
