COMPASS ROSE FARMS
CONTENT STRATEGY & SYSTEM REBUILD (2024-2026)
🧠 CHALLENGE: Following the pandemic, Compass Rose Farms experienced declining visibility, bookings, and operational clarity. The existing website was outdated and difficult to navigate, while internal systems created confusion for both customers and staff. The challenge extended beyond visuals. The business needed clearer service pathways, improved navigation, and a digital ecosystem capable of supporting multiple revenue streams.
✍️ SOLUTION: Working as the in-house designer, I restructured the farm’s digital presence from the ground up. This included reorganizing service offerings into clear customer pathways, designing a new navigation architecture to support large volumes of content, and streamlining backend systems for internal workflows. Alongside the website rebuild, I created ongoing marketing assets - including event flyers, promotional graphics, and social content to improve consistency and visibility across platforms.
🎯 OUTCOME:
-
Opened and supported new revenue streams, including weddings and expanded programming
-
Created a seamless inquiry process that prevented leads from being lost
-
Increased class registrations and HipCamp bookings by a notable increase
-
Implemented systems that reduced operational friction and allowed the owner to focus on leadership rather than day-to-day execution
-
Established a scalable digital foundation to support long-term growth
Note: The live site may vary from the designs shown due to post-launch updates and ongoing maintenance.
