🧠 CHALLENGE: Mynt Salon’s existing website no longer reflected the energetic, modern atmosphere of the in-person experience. Clients frequently reported confusion around online booking, creating friction in the customer journey and unnecessary workload for staff. The challenge was to redesign the digital experience to better represent the brand’s personality while simplifying the booking process and improving overall usability.

✍️ SOLUTION: The first priority was integrating Vagaro’s booking platform and restructuring the site flow to create a clearer, more intuitive appointment experience. I then directed and conducted an in-house photoshoot to capture the salon’s vibrant culture and team energy, ensuring the visuals aligned with the brand’s real-world atmosphere. Using a playful color palette paired with clean, modern typography, I designed a refreshed website that balanced personality with functionality. The final result delivered a visually engaging experience while making booking faster and more intuitive for clients.
