🧠 CHALLENGE: Mynt Salon’s website no longer reflected the energetic, modern atmosphere of the in-person experience. Clients frequently experienced confusion around online booking, creating friction in the customer journey and added workload for staff. The goal was to redesign the digital experience to better represent the brand while simplifying the booking process.

✍️ SOLUTION: I began by integrating Vagaro’s booking platform and restructuring site flow to create a clearer appointment experience. I then directed and conducted an in-house photoshoot to capture the salon’s culture and team energy, ensuring the visuals reflected the real-world environment. Using a playful color palette paired with clean, modern typography, I designed a refreshed site that balanced personality with functionality.
