QUEER CONSCIOUS CONNECTIONS

Positioning + Conversion-Focused Brand (2024)

🧠 CHALLENGE: Queer Conscious Connections was launching as a new luxury matchmaking service with no existing brand presence. The challenge was to create a visual identity and digital experience that positioned the business as high-end and trustworthy, while still feeling emotionally warm, inclusive, and personal. The brand needed to stand out in a crowded matchmaking space, communicate credibility from day one, and build enough emotional connection to encourage potential clients to inquire about high-investment services.


✍️ SOLUTION: I led brand discovery through competitor analysis, mood exploration, and persona development to identify emotional and visual gaps within the matchmaking space. This revealed a strategic opportunity to center the founder as the face of the brand establishing trust, credibility, and emotional connection in a category often lacking transparency. I developed a visual identity built on warm earth tones and refined typography to balance inclusivity with luxury. The website was designed with conversion in mind, using intentional hierarchy, messaging flow, and calls to action to support high-investment inquiries. The final result positioned Queer Conscious Connections as both premium and deeply human.
