🧠 CHALLENGE: Queer Conscious Connections launched as a new luxury matchmaking service with no existing brand presence. The challenge was to establish credibility and trust from day one while maintaining a warm, inclusive, and deeply personal tone. In a crowded matchmaking space, the brand needed to feel both high-end and emotionally resonant, clear enough to support high-investment inquiries, without sacrificing approachability.
✍️ SOLUTION: I led brand discovery through competitor analysis, mood exploration, and persona development to identify emotional and visual gaps within the category. This revealed a strategic opportunity to center the founder as the face of the brand, building trust through transparency and personal connection. I developed a visual identity rooted in warm earth tones and refined typography to balance inclusivity with luxury. The website was designed with conversion in mind, using intentional hierarchy, messaging flow, and calls to action to support high-investment inquiries. The final result positioned Queer Conscious Connections as both premium and deeply human.
